How I handle your information.
What I collect
Your email address, if you subscribe to the newsletter. That's it. This site runs no analytics, sets no tracking pixels, and uses no advertising cookies. The only thing stored in your browser is a note of whether you picked English or Spanish.
What I use it for
Sending you the newsletter — roughly two emails a month about AI, cybersecurity, and business. Nothing else. I won't add you to a sales sequence or pass you to anyone who will.
What I will never do
Sell your email address. Rent it. Trade it. Share it with a partner, a sponsor, or anyone else. If that ever changes, I'll ask your permission first — I won't quietly update this page and call it consent.
Where it's stored
With Buttondown, the service that sends the newsletter. They process the list on my behalf and are bound by their own privacy terms. Nobody else has a copy.
Leaving, and getting your data
Every email has an unsubscribe link, and it works immediately — one click, no confirmation page, no talking me out of it. Your address is removed from the list. If you want to know what I hold on you, or want it deleted outright, message me on LinkedIn and I'll handle it.
Confirming you meant it
New subscriptions are double opt-in: you get one email asking you to confirm, and if you don't click it, you're never added. If someone types your address in by mistake, nothing happens.
